Víctor Miguel Pacheco Méndez is a Dominican businessman and entrepreneur. 
He is the founder of Arajet and Laytrip. With the idea of transforming commercial flying in the Dominican Republic, both companies are designed to support tourism to and from the Dominican Republic.
