Although Riverside Preparatory Academy has a history of preparing young men for success for well over 100 years, it was 2009 before Riverside aggressively pursued a Development program. While hard to believe, some administrations discouraged cadets from returning after graduation, and not only discouraged donations but actually returned them to their donors.
Things are much different today. Alumni are coming back and giving back, and the Academy welcomes them with open arms! As Riverside builds on its strong history to produce leaders for a fast-paced age of global citizenry encompassing business, technology, and the arts, all grounded in character and ethics, the Brothers in Blue are joining in.
Generous contributions from alumni, families, and friends make a difference. Through the provision of partial scholarships for need-based tuition, donors help qualifying families enroll their sons. Additionally, philanthropy helps enrich the cadet experience with integrated outcomes-based programs and enhances centers of excellence in every division of the Academy.

Riverside Military Academy presents Mr. Manfred Römer as this week’s Norman P. Blake Family Distinguished Speaker on Thursday, 7 December, at 10:30am, in the Cervantes Theater. It will be a public address to Riverside family and friends, therefore spaces will be limited.
