Luis Proenza - 1962

Accomplishments under his leadership include dramatic increases in research funding, enrollment, and fundraising, and the $620 million physical transformation of the campus from a commuter school to a vibrant university community. Following his six years at RMA, Dr. Proenza earned a B.A. from Emory University (1965), M.A. from Ohio State University (1966), and Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota (1971).
