David L. McDonald - 1924
He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1928 and was an Admiral of the United States Navy.
He also served as the U.S. Chief of Naval Operations and was a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the Vietnam War. At the time he was selected as Chief of Naval Operations, he was the youngest full admiral in the navy.
