John F. Mandt Sr. - 1956

Mandt is retired from a five-generation restaurant business in West Virginia.

He served as the national president of American Baptist Men and was one of only a few laymen ever elected to serve as president of The American Baptist Churches U.S.A. He was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Alderson Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia. He was RMA’s Distinguished Alumnus in 2009.
