Kenneth I. Harms - 1956

His courage, integrity, and devotion to the safety and security of the citizens of Miami led to his selection as Chief of the Miami Police Department in l978, and he held this position for six years. He was awarded the RMA President’s Leadership Award at Homecoming 2013.
