Thanksgiving Furlough Begins
Thanksgiving Furlough
- Domestic Cadets can start signing out for Thanksgiving Furlough at 1:00 p.m. on November 18th and will need to return no later than 6:00 p.m. on November 28th.
- International cadets will be permitted to depart campus (not the Airport) as early as Thursday, November 17, at 5:00 p.m. ET, and they will be allowed to return as late as 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29.
- We are sensitive to the desire of international families to see their sons as much as domestic families, and so, we have come to a compromise. These advantages for international students will give them an additional day on the front end of the break and an additional day on the back end of the break. They will be missing two days of instruction if their parents choose to leave early and return late, but the absences will be considered excused, and cadets will be able to make up missed assignments.
