Staff Announcement
It is with great pleasure that I announce to you the arrival of two new staff members: Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Chad C. Blansett and Lt Col Jonathan Pooley. CSM Blansett will transition throughout this academic year; and, upon the retirement of Sergeant Major Sosa, Blansett will become Riverside’s Academy Sergeant Major for the academic year 2023-24. Lt Col Pooley will also begin to transition to the role of the Commandant beginning late spring. We are both excited about these experienced senior leaders and grateful for Sergeant Major Sosa and Interim Commandant LTC Carter’s leadership. Celebrations as well as more information are to come. I just wanted to keep you in the loop so you can help us welcome new leaders to Riverside as well as show appreciation to leaders who have served Riverside well.
