Volunteer Opportunity – Home Raider Meet (Saturday, September 20)

Dear Riverside Families,
We are looking for adult volunteers to help at the upcoming Home Raider Meet on Saturday, September 20. The more adults we have helping, the smoother the event will run. Please note that this is an active volunteer role—volunteers will be working a station, running a stopwatch, recording times/scores, and helping ensure events move efficiently. This is not a spectator role.
Key Details
  • Arrival: Schools begin arriving at 6:30 AM.
  • Volunteer Stations: You will need to be at your assigned station by 8:00 AM.
  • Competition Start: 8:30 AM.
  • End Time: You can expect to be finished by around 2:00–3:00 PM.
  • Walkthrough: Volunteers will be shown their assigned station either Thursday or Friday (September 18–19), at a time that works best for you. This quick walkthrough will cover your role and responsibilities.
  • Commitment: For fairness, stations cannot switch volunteers mid-event. Please be prepared to serve for the full duration of the meet.
