Talon Awards Announced at Riverside

On Friday, December 16, Riverside's faculty and staff gathered together for a final meeting before winter break. During this time together, Riverside's Talon Awards were announced. The Talon Award is a recognition of a teacher, TAC officer, and staff member who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in service to cadets and their families. Cadets, faculty, staff members, and TACs were invited to submit nominations for the fall semester.

The following were announced as this semester's recipients:
  • Teacher (including JROTC Instructors): Brandon Forrest
  • TAC (including Night TACs and Chief TACs): SGT Tim Atwell
  • Staff Member: Natalae La Douceur
