    Regular Activities

    This will include the Curtis Hall Gym, Barracks Weight Room, West Portal: Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Goomba Grill: Billiards, Lounge, Table Tennis, Video Games, Goomba Grill meals from 1-4 PM, Luncheon & Walmart trips, and Friday Game Nights. 
    * All regular activities will start at 7:00pm-9:15pm Friday nights
    * All regular activities will start at 1:00pm-4:00pm and 7:30pm-9:00pm on Saturdays
    * All regular activities will start at 1:00pm - 4:00pm on Sundays
    * Extra events will be added to the list regularly. 
    * Events can be canceled due to academic, athletic, and military requirements as well as breaks.

    President's Inspection

    President’s Inspection has shifted from March 11 to March 10.  The shift in dates is due to the spring athletic schedules being finalized as well as additional external community events Riverside Cadets will be participating in. The President’s Inspection will now take place on March 10, and all cadets will have the ability to sign out for the weekend after the announcement of the winning company. Sign outs for the weekend will begin at 6 pm on March 10.

    Spring Parents Day

    We are looking forward to welcoming families to campus for our Spring Parents' Day on March 31.. Having as many families as possible on campus for this event is always a great experience!
     
    Starting at 8:15 am, we will have social hour with delicious refreshments provided by our very own Aramark. This is a great opportunity for you to meet other Riverside parents. This year, we are hosting breakout sessions for parents. To review the schedule for Parents' Day, please click here.     Assumption of Command

    On Friday, March 31st, 2023, Riverside Preparatory Academy will be conducting an Assumption of Command where Lt Col Jonathan Pooley will be assuming the position of Commandant of the Corps of Cadets here at Riverside.  We will also recognize LTC Adam Carter’s three years as Interim Commandant and his assumption of the position of Deputy Commandant here at Riverside. 
     
    The Assumption of Command will take during the pass in review during the Corps of Cadets Parade starting at 12:15.
